First Car Rental is pleased to announce that it has added a fleet of luxury SUVs to the fleet names the Volvo XC40 and Volvo XC60. Vehicles are available for booking online or through our sales outlets.
In view of the current situation and in order to support families and foreigners living in Malta, First Car Rental is offering a Monthly rental Package on it's Mini category of €200 + VAT. Offer available on a limited number of cars on a first come first served basis. Offer will remain valid till July 2020.
We are carefully monitoring the situation and are following the guidelines and recommendations issued by the local authorities to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.
At First Car Rental we always take cleaning seriously and put extreme emphasis on following comprehensive cleaning procedures of our vehicles – inside and out. During this time, these procedures are more important than ever. All vehicles are disinfected apart from being cleaned. Door handles, steering, gear knob, handbrake and any other controls are disinfected at the end of every rental and disinfected before a vehicle is handed over to a client.
We are specifically instructing staff to stay at home if they have any symptoms.
We recommend against handshakes and instruct all to keep an extra distance.
We also encourage the use of hand sanitisers that have been placed at the airport desk, car park as well as head office.
In order to continue improving the level of service, First Car Rental has introduced a feedback system whereby each client will have the possibility to leave feedback at the end of the rental.
